Privacy Notice

This notice explains how personal data submitted through the eumediq.com.tr website and its contact form is processed. Processing is carried out under Turkish Law No. 6698 on the Protection of Personal Data (“KVKK”); for visitors in the European Union, the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) also applies.

Data controller

Personal data is processed by EUmediq Tıbbi Cihaz Yönetim Sistemleri Danışmanlığı ve Mühendislik (Esra Gündağ) as data controller. Contact: the contact form on this site and +90 536 606 93 74.

Personal data processed

When you use the contact form, only the data you provide is processed:

Identity and contact: full name, e-mail address, phone number (optional), company name (optional)
Content of the request: the subject you select and your message
Consent record: the date and time you accepted this notice
Security of processing: submission time, browser information and a one-way hash of your IP address. Your IP address is not stored in clear text with the form record.

If you browse the site without using the form, the web server keeps standard access logs for security and error detection (IP address, timestamp, requested page, browser information), and the Google tag on the page sends cookieless measurement signals even if you do not consent. Analytics and advertising cookies are used only if you consent (see the Cookie Policy).

Keeping the site and the form secure and preventing automated or unwanted submissions

Your data is not used for marketing or promotion without your separate consent.

Legal basis

Data is processed by automated means on the following legal bases:

Direct connection with entering into a contract (KVKK art. 5/2-c; GDPR art. 6/1-b, steps prior to a contract)
The legitimate interests of the controller: site and form security (KVKK art. 5/2-f; GDPR art. 6/1-f)
The consent you give when submitting the form (KVKK art. 5/1; GDPR art. 6/1-a)

Transfers

Your data is not sold and is not shared with third parties for marketing without your consent. It is processed only to the extent needed to deliver the service, by our web hosting and e-mail infrastructure providers, and this processing takes place in Türkiye. It may be shared with competent public authorities where there is a legal obligation. The Google tag (Google Analytics and Google Ads) is loaded on every visit; without your consent it sets no cookies and sends Google only cookieless measurement signals, and your IP address reaches Google with that request. If you consent to analytics cookies, visit statistics are processed through Google Analytics; if you consent to advertising cookies, ad measurement and personalisation data are processed through Google Ads. This data may be transferred to Google’s servers outside Türkiye and the European Union, including the United States.

Retention

Contact form records are kept for 12 months from the date of submission and are then deleted automatically. If your request leads to a contract, records relating to that contract are kept for the periods set out in the applicable legislation.

Your rights

Under KVKK art. 11 you have the right to learn whether your personal data is processed, to request information about it, to learn the purpose of processing and whether the data is used accordingly, to know the third parties to whom it is transferred, to request correction of incomplete or inaccurate data, to request erasure or destruction where the legal conditions are met, to ask that such actions be notified to third parties, to object to a result produced solely by automated analysis, and to claim compensation for damage caused by unlawful processing.

If you are in the European Union you also have the rights of access, rectification, erasure, restriction of processing, data portability and objection under GDPR art. 15–21, and you may withdraw your consent at any time. Withdrawal does not affect processing carried out before the withdrawal.

How to apply

You can send your request through the contact form using the “Other” subject, or by phone. You will need to provide information that allows your identity to be verified. If you prefer a written application under the Turkish Communiqué on the Procedures and Principles of Application to the Data Controller, you can request the postal address through the same form.

Your request is answered free of charge as soon as possible and within 30 days at the latest. If your application is rejected, the reply is insufficient or no reply is given in time, you may complain to the Turkish Personal Data Protection Board — or, in the European Union, to the supervisory authority of your country.

Contact via WhatsApp

If you use the WhatsApp link on this site, your message travels through the WhatsApp (Meta Platforms) infrastructure and is subject to that service’s own terms. Those conversations are not stored in the site database; EUmediq uses the information you share only to evaluate your request. If you prefer your data to be processed only on this site, please use the contact form.

Why no e-mail address is published

Contact runs through the form and the phone only. The form works together with a consent record, a retention period and a deletion schedule, so the record and the timing of your request stay traceable. A published e-mail address is harvested by spam collectors and provides none of that.

Cookie Policy

Cookies are small text files stored in your browser when you visit a website. Analytics and advertising cookies are used only if you consent; you can use the whole site without consenting.

Essential cookies

These are needed for the site to work and do not depend on your consent.

eumediq_s — session cookie used for the security checks of the contact form (CSRF token and verification code). It is created only on the form page and is deleted when you close your browser. The verification code is generated on our own server; no data is sent to a third party for it.
eumediq_consent — remembers your cookie preference. It lasts 1 year.
eumediq_consent_prompted (browser storage) — remembers that the cookie dialog has been shown to you once; if you come back without choosing, the bar at the bottom is shown instead. It holds nothing else and is never sent to the server.

Analytics cookies

Used only if you choose “Accept all” in the cookie bar, or “Statistics” under “Preferences”. They measure aggregate statistics such as the number of visits and which pages are read.

_ga and cookies starting with _ga_ — Google Analytics 4 cookies, used to distinguish visitors. They last at most 2 years.

Advertising cookies

Used only if you choose “Accept all” in the cookie bar, or “Advertising” under “Preferences”. They measure whether visits from Google Ads lead to an enquiry on the site, and allow relevant ads to be shown on Google to people who have visited the site.

_gcl_au and cookies starting with _gcl_ — Google Ads cookies that link an ad click to the later visit. They last 90 days.
Cookies on Google domains (e.g. doubleclick.net) — set by Google for ad measurement and personalisation; their duration and use follow Google’s privacy policy.

If you do not consent

The Google tag (Google Analytics and Google Ads) is loaded on every visit and passes your cookie choice to Google through its consent mode (Consent Mode). If you choose “Essential only”, or have not chosen yet, no analytics or advertising cookies are set or read, and the Google Ads tags do not send ad click identifiers. Google receives only cookieless measurement signals (consent state, page address, time, browser type) and uses them to produce aggregate estimates that are not linked to you (modelling). When you give or change your choice, the tag follows it without reloading the page.

Changing your preference

You can renew your preference at any time with the “Change my cookie preference” button on this page. You can also delete or block cookies in your browser settings; if you block the essential cookies, the contact form may not work.
